I’m looking for a pattern to make a knitted hat with a hard brim in front. If you have one or know of a website that would be helpful I would appreciate it!!

There is a “FiberSpace” pattern for a felted baseball cap with a brim. I purchased the printed copy of the pattern somewhere, can’t remember. Also there is a pattern for a knitted (not felted) sunhat with a brim in the front, from Knoon Designs.

Just google for patterns for knitted newsboy caps and you will get several. Nearly all can be modified so you can make several versions of the caps for different looks but they have bills on them. Then you can modify the bills to make different looking patterns too. It’s a great starting point so you can have a huge supply of different types of billed caps. At least that’s what I did and ended up with enough versions to give out almost 2 dozen for Christmas.
