All knitters, what are you working on at this time?
Question by : All knitters, what are you working on at this time?
And what are some of your favorite projects? Do you work on one project at a time, or (like me) prefer having 2 or 3 to alternate?
I usually like to have something really challenging to work on, such as Aran or Lace, and rest by knitting something easier such as a scarf or hat, just for a change of pace or to knit while watching TV.
Right now, I am about to finish a Faroese shawl with a lace pattern (needle size 4) while working on the border for a simple triangular shawl made with big needles (size 19). I also made some lacy scarf with really big needles (size 50) in a variety of interesting yarns – fun fur, ribbon, textured, etc. – in the same color hue.

Cable patterns from Viking Patterns for Knitting, sweater pattern from Spincraft’s custom raglan calculations, although instead of doing the math a programmer friend wrote me a nifty java program that does it all for me. Yarn is Fleece Artist Kid Aran in Green.
