Question by Penny: Need criticism on my Descriptive Writing?
In English I had to do a Creative Writing Assignment telling a story about the clothes someone in wearing from a magazine advertisement, where they are, and relating it back to the clothes (describing them) in the end. Mine was of this man, leaning against a fence, head down as if appearing distraught, surrounded by a dull, gray sky, and a lifeless beach-like background. It’s about how the man, wandering too far from home, and his old footprints were covered up from a new layer of fresh snow. However, since he has an Perry Ellis (a clothes brand) sweater, he can find his way home in warmth and comfort.
