The instructions are:
“Rep last 2 rows of K1 P1 ribbing for 2 ins, inc 3 sts evenly across last row and ending with a 2nd row.”
What does it mean to increase 3 stitches evenly? Where do I add the stitches? And what does it mean to end on a 2nd row?

Ok so im knitting a little pig but im on its head. I just finnished the last row of the head and the instructions instructions say:
Cut leaving long end of yarn. Thread end into yarn needle, draw through all sts into yarn needle and pull tight and secure. sew back seam and stuff head.
