My phone doesn’t take the best pictures, so you’ll have to take my word for it that this is the lovely Julia. Julia is a knitter. That’s a ball of yarn in her hand, and knitted stitches running down her arms. Although difficult to see here, there’s a knitting needle, half of which is buried in Julia’s nose.

Dead Bunnie Knitting Needles

Sculpted polymer clay on top of Clover Bamboo needles. The ears weren’t on too well so I used E6000, which still didn’t do a good job since its a flexible adhesive. The Gloomy Bear ones I made didn’t come out too well, either. The ears fell off with a little nudge!

Question by Kit Snicket: What yarn size would I need for a US size 5 knitting needle?
I’m just starting knitting, and my instructor told me to get a size 4 or 5 knitting needle. What size yarn would I get for that? I’m just starting out with a scarf. What would you recommend?
