Question by TheGirlWhoPlaysWithFire: What to wear under an oatmeal scoop neck knit dress?
I have a warm wool/cashmere blend dress that is kind of oversized with big loose short sleeves and a deep scoop neck that is kind of loose (kind of like a cowl neck but not). Because it’s cold here I was going to wear it with black tights and black leather boots, what colour minidress/slip dress should I wear under the dress? It’s an oatmeal colour dress. Should I stick with black?

How do you make a knitted jumper smaller?
Question by Maxi Taxi: How do you make a knitted jumper smaller?
I have knitted my son a jumper. I have followed the size requirements, but the jumper once sewn up, is too large. Besides unpicking & starting all over again, is there any other way to reduce the size.

Q&A: How do I fix a hole in a vintage wool hat?
Question by Brianna: How do I fix a hole in a vintage wool hat?
I acquired an amazing wool hat from 1940 or earlier when I was cleaning out an attic. It was still in the box which crumbled when I picked it up. There are 3 holes smaller than a dime and no one in my area to fix them. What can I do?

Q&A: What is this way of making potholders with wool called?
Question by tulipwheat: What is this way of making potholders with wool called?
It involves a wooden cylinder with a hole through the middle and 4 nails on top. You wrap the wool around the nails through the hole and it comes out looking all fancy. Then you sew that long strip into a spiral circle and use it as a potholder. My Granddad taught me. Thanks!
